I’d like to believe that the more consumers, who can afford to, learn to and buy environmentally consciously raised meat the more demand there will be and eventually this will become a buying opportunity at standard groceries. I partially consider buying (or in the past at ECB) at my farmer’s market or grass fed etc at a conventional market as my donation to society. Some people give to church or social causes - I give to environmental and related causes. As the years have gone by organic has gone from exotic, hippy, whatever, till now it’s in Walmart and Costco.
