Where is LVL's pork distributed, and is it available to the general public.

Hey Barbee, that's the travesty of animal processing in the US. There aren't any processors willing to work with them individually. Sooo, LVL sells their meat to the commodity market. It just gets lost in the machine of factory farming. If you're local to Las Vegas, they can sell direct, but it's a case by case basis. You can visit their website for details. I'm looking into how farms like LVL can have greater access to abattoirs or small-scale processors. Feel free to reach out to them at: www.lasvegaslivestock.com for more suggestions.

I checked out their site….thanks. Glad LVL contributes to better environment and food even if their product goes primarily to the commodity market. Every little bit helps and if they make a profit then others may follow their example.
